About Alegra

Alegra is a slaughterhouse belonging to the Unium group of cooperatives. Operating in the retail and food service markets, the brand is present nationally and internationally with fresh and processed pork.

With a focus on sustainable production that reflects on the quality of its products, the company has important seals such as Animal Welfare (WQS) and EPD (Environmental Product Declaration).

Our challenge

Seeing the need to reposition its products through packaging, Alegra's marketing team called in Vers to help with the process. The renewal would be valid for more than 50 of the brand's products:
  • Creation of new product lines;
  • Application of current legislation;
  • Creation of digital mockups for catalogs and inserts;

How we organize our process

Together with Alegra's marketing team, we organized a process that went through the following stages:
1 - Market research;
2 - Gondola planogram evaluation;
3 - Layout design and approval;
4 - Production of the photos for the packaging based on the layout;
5 - Final layout design and approval;
6 - Applying products with current legislation to Families and creating guides;
7 - Closing for printing;
8 - Creating digital mockups;
Creating a process made us plan better and see the stages more clearly. That's how we finished within the desired timeframe.
